1st Lt Edward G Law remained in the B-29 and died when the aircraft crashed.

Ray Hopper was the only one of the survivors not
sent to the Tokyo Military Prison.

As a result , the Quartermaster General contacted him to
obtain additional information about the other crew members.

Below this letter is a shortened version of
Missing Air Crew Report 14250 with the names of the crew and their status.

Sgt Hopper's status is RMC ( Returned to Military Control ).

The status of the other men as of this date, 15 June 2023, is either:

Missing in Action
or
Killed in Action - Remains Non- Recoverable
