There are several unknowns associated with the below photo of the
Stevens Creek Picnic Grounds.

Arlien's grandmother, Caroline Elizabeth Petersen, was one of the owners.
The other was her sister Bertha.

The date when they bought the land and/or structure is not known.

Below the postcard is a recent photo of Stevens Creek Reservoir
with the area where the Picnic Grounds was located circled in white.

A picture of Bertha's cabin follows this photo.

The precise location of this cabin is unknown as is the date of the photo.
It is possible that Al took this photo sometime in the 1940s.
