The first map shows Colma located at the north end of San Mateo County.
Al's father Pietro was living and working there in 1917.
The precise location where he worked within Rancho Buri Buri is not
known.
Based on the 1920 Census, the family was living in Lomita Park,
currently an unincorporated area of San Bruno.
Rancho Buri Buri at one time covered 15,000 acres.
Around 1853 the owner died and passed along the property to his ten
children.
Over the years they sold and split up the Rancho
until, according to one source, there were 50 ranches and farms.
Mountain View, California, 1921, is in the third map.
Pietro Lucchetti and his family were living there in 1930.
